Most Recent Bowl
Was rummaging through boxes of pipe and tobacco stuff and found an old mason jar of McClelland's Dark Star about 1/3 full. Decided to pop it open figuring it was dried out but, to my surprise, it was in great shape. Packed a Stanwell Sterling 107 and it was delicious.

What kind of pepper is this?
This brings up a question I have. Can peppers cross pollinate? I once planted bell peppers next to Cayenne peppers and jalepenos and got some pretty weird peppers in appearance and taste.

Pros & Cons of Parosmia
Since COVID back in early 2020, I've never gained my sense of smell back completely. I've learned to live with it but it's not all bad. I was thinking about the pros and cons and thought I'd list them out for amusement. Cons: Most sodas taste like sulphur. Dr. Pepper and root beer are the only ones ...

As someone with chronic shotgun shoulder pain myself, I can relate. Praying.

Guns. That's what's happening.
General rule of guns: Don't point your gun at your dangly parts. That's why I've never appendix carried. It's hip or small of the back for me, thanks.

My grandpa smoked Camel unfiltered. I have fond memories of him wrenching on cars (he was a mechanic at Marsh Garage his whole working life) with a cigarette hanging loosely out of his mouth. He was a man of few words unless he was telling a joke which he loved to do. He was a wizard at Euchre. He l...

Flux core wire does OK if you run it through a good machine. You get way more splatter though, than if you use shielding gas. You can get pretty good with practice, and a small side grinder can get rid of most splatter. If you weld as often as I do a bottle of gas will last 10 lifetimes so it may n...

combs you carry in your pocket (standard black comb not the massive colorful ones of the 80's) The hard rubber ones of yore have been replaced with plastic ones that break. Seeing y'all write about hair combing implements triggers me. It's very insensitive of you. combs are good for beards and goat...

Bought a mig/tig welder to finish up the welding on the 1970 Ironhead. Not much experience at welding other than an arc welder so I have a lot to learn. Any advice as to whether I should buy Argon or is shielded wire good enough for the job?

Middle daughter (19) got a job at Amazon. It's tough to make it for kids these days. Terrible time to grow up in America if you ask me.
