Pipe carving suggestions

First thing I'd do is rehydrate that sea foam! It's much easier to shape when it's hydrated. Put it in a ziploc bag with some distilled water and let it sit for a month or so. When you're working on it, return it to the bag between carving sessions. It becomes very hard and brittle when it's bone dry.

Was rummaging through boxes of pipe and tobacco stuff and found an old mason jar of McClelland's Dark Star about 1/3 full. Decided to pop it open figuring it was dried out but, to my surprise, it was in great shape. Packed a Stanwell Sterling 107 and it was delicious.

What kind of pepper is this?

This brings up a question I have. Can peppers cross pollinate? I once planted bell peppers next to Cayenne peppers and jalepenos and got some pretty weird peppers in appearance and taste.
