As it stands, there are 5 tomato plants, 8 pepper plants, 2 Zucchinis, 1 eggplant and 1 cucumber now in the raised beds. There is also a pony pack of green onions waiting to be put in the ground.
I may have to tap into the third raised bed.

Our garden is coming along, but already having an issue with cut worms. Everything is dusted and smells of Sevin dust at the moment.

Do the diatoms work better than Sevin? So far I've lost a cucumber plant, the top from 1 tomato, 1 watermelon vine, and 1 snap bean plant.

I can't tell. I dusted the peppers with Sevin today just to hedge my bets.sweetandsour wrote: ↑24 Apr 2024, 05:53Do the diatoms work better than Sevin? So far I've lost a cucumber plant, the top from 1 tomato, 1 watermelon vine, and 1 snap bean plant.

My tomato plants are stressed, and I'm not yet sure what's going on. It could be fungus wilt, in which case I don't know what to do about it.

First cucumber, and a small pumpkin from a stray "wild" vine in the compost pile.
