Meh. What is the concern? Everybody knows Papa Joe is handing out pardons and medals like candy. He's rendered them meaningless. His pardons don't mean a person is innocent and his medals don't mean a person has done anything special.

Somebody out there in the media noticed that Joe gave a Medal of Freedom to Hillary Clinton.... but not to Barack H. Obama.
Obama gave Vice President Joe a Medal of Freedom to honor his lifetime of whatever he did, but no one has given Barack any such distinction.
I suspect Joe is a little bit mad at B.O. for not rushing to endorse him in 2020, and for playing some part in the stabbing coup of Joe's 2024 campaign. And probably a lot more "smokey room" stuff that we don't know about.
