When I was single, I would make the following dish...it would last the whole week.

6 Packages of Ramen Noodles (I prefer Beef)
1 can of Spam
1 jar of beef gravy

1) Prepare Ramen noodles as directed
2) Dice Spam into small 1/4 inch chunks and fry in pan until crispy
3) Mix Ramen and spam in a 10 x 8 inch glass cake pan that has been lightly oiled
4) Pour gravy evenly over the Ramen and Spam mixture
5) Bake at 375 for 35 min
6) top with panko bread crumbs or croutons or bacon bits or....

I can't believe I haven't had a heart attack by now......the sodium content of this dish has to be off the charts!

PS Its been more than 25 years since I have enjoyed this dish...but it was an at least a once-a-month menu item when I was single, young and dumb.

I too used to be a Ramen Kitchen Ninja.

I could make Lo Mein with my Ramen without scorching the crap out of it..

For a short season I was the Royal Regent of Ramen of the Trailer Park for the whole summer in 1991.
