To be fair, Walker was a terrible candidate. Not the brightest bulb. I've never been terribly impressed with him. I think it's a miracle it was as close as it was. Lesson to be learned: if you want to beat communism, you have to give the people a better option than communism.

I don't think it was a miracle. The miracle would have been if he won. The fact that it was close was merely a necessity. Another way to beat the commies is to stop them from stealing elections. But that time has passed. The system is infected. Get ready for Joe the Meatsuit in 2024.
