The Most Shocking Aspect of RFK Jr.’s Anti-Semitism [News Analysis, Video]

〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰

What’s surprising isn’t that Kennedy voiced an anti-Jewish conspiracy, but that it took this long.
RFK Jr. isn't really crazy or anti-Semitic.

He just says this stuff to attract some more big Democrat donors.

Tim Ballard appears on FOX News to discuss, among other things, why the Democrat media all leapt in lockstep to declare that Sound of Freedom was associated with Q-Anon.

(I don't know anything about Q-Anon. A guy has to pay attention to Democrat media, I guess, because they are the only people who talk about it. Did Q-Anon latched on to the Epstein story and rumor about an international ring of elite child traffickers, or something? All I know is that it was really weird how so many Democrat news outlets all came out with the same blatantly false claims to discredit this dramatization of a true story. Who are they protecting?)

On other news topics, House Republicans have been attempting to investigate issues concerning the Biden family's schemes of bribery, access, and collusion with foreign agents. As we all know, elites in the FBI and IRS have frustrated investigators for years -- even during the Trump Administration. But even though Hunter and James Biden laundered money through numerous shell companies and allied business accounts, they have been able to identify many suspicious relationships and lots of money coming from foreign agents, moving through the sieve, and ending up in Biden family accounts. This is starting to clear up some of the unexplained growth in Biden family wealth since the Obama years.

The Congressional House Committee on Oversight and Accountability has published this timeline of associations and funds transferred:

https://oversight.house.gov/the-bidens- ... -timeline/

My take: If Joe Biden's hands are clean, he (or his wing-man, Merrick Garland) could appoint a Special Counsel empowered to investigate and explain these funds and relationships. They could clear Joe Biden of guilt as effectively as Jim Mueller established that Trump never colluded with Russians.

Title: Lawsuit filed to block Florida's new illegal immigration law [Video]
Source: Tallahassee Democrat
Link: tallahassee DOT com/story/news/politics/2023/07/17/lawsuit-challenges-florida-illegal-immigration-law-a-desantis-priority/70421322007/

The Money-Quotes:
“This lawsuit will vindicate all of our constitutional rights and we remain committed to ensuring that immigrants are treated fairly, equally and with dignity,” said Paul Chavez, an attorney with the Southern Poverty Law Center’s Immigrant Justice Project, one of the legal groups involved in the lawsuit.

[…]

Lawsuit focuses on what law calls 'human smuggling'

“Section 10 is phrased in a way that could sweep in all manner of immigrants, including people who are lawfully present in the United States or are in the process of seeking lawful immigration status,” the lawsuit cites.

Several of the Farm Worker members, listed by their initials, also pointed out examples of problems they anticipate facing when they travel into Florida after visiting friends or relatives in neighboring states, or transporting people — some of whom may be undocumented.

〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰

The advocates’ lawsuit also charges the law is “vague and incoherent” because it “authorizes or even encourages arbitrary and discriminatory enforcement.”

The suit states, “Local and state law enforcement have no competence to apply all the various nuances of federal immigration law that might be relevant to determine when the law applies to a given individual.”

Title: Texas said to be ignoring federal inquiries about its floating buoy barrier in the Rio Grande
Source: Houston Chronicle
Link: houstonchronicle DOT com/politics/article/abbott-border-buoys-inquiry-18207173.php

The Money-Quote:
“The real problem is that President Biden’s open border policies have unleashed chaos on the border that’s unsustainable,” said Abbott press secretary Andrew Mahaleris. “We have a constitutional duty to do what President Biden is failing to do, and that is to respond to this unprecedented crisis.”

But Texas doesn’t have authority over the river. The U.S. International Boundary and Water Commission, which regulates the Rio Grande, has informed Texas DPS of the need to submit information and apply for permits to place structures on commission-controlled land.

The commission said it needs information about barriers to assure they don’t obstruct or deflect the flow of water in the river.

“To date, Texas officials have not responded to USIBWC’s requests,” according to a statement from the State Department spokesperson.

On Tuesday, U.S. Rep. Henry Cuellar, D-Laredo, said he's spoken with top officials at the state department and confirmed that the state is not cooperating.

"They are going solo on it," Cuellar said.

Title: DOJ warns Texas against using buoys in Rio Grande to stop migrants
Source: ABC News
Link: abcnews.go DOT com/Politics/doj-warns-texas-buoys-rio-grande-stop-migrants/story?id=101561643

The Money-Quote:
The Justice Department on Friday warned Texas GOP Gov. Greg Abbott that his administration's use of ballards — or buoys — in the Rio Grande to stop migrants could bring legal action.

"The State of Texas's actions violate federal law, raise humanitarian concerns, present serious risks to public safety and the environment, and may interfere with the federal government's ability to carry out its official duties," the letter obtained by ABC News says.

Earlier this week, Abbott had ballards installed in the river in an effort to deter migrants from crossing.

"Texas's unauthorized construction of the floating barrier is a prima facie violation of the Rivers and Harbors Act. This floating barrier poses a risk to navigation, as well as public safety, in the Rio Grande River, and it presents humanitarian concerns," the letter says. "Thus, we intend to seek appropriate legal remedies, which may include seeking injunctive relief requiring the removal of obstructions or other structures in the Rio Grande River."

Title: Biden administration sues Texas over anti-migrant buoys in the Rio Grande
Source: National Catholic Reporter / OSV News
Link: ncronline DOT org/news/biden-administration-sues-texas-over-anti-migrant-buoys-rio-grande

The Money-Quote:
"We allege that Texas has flouted federal law by installing a barrier in the Rio Grande without obtaining the required federal authorization," Associate Attorney General Vanita Gupta said in a statement.

"This floating barrier poses threats to navigation and public safety and presents humanitarian concerns," Gupta said. "Additionally, the presence of the floating barrier has prompted diplomatic protests by Mexico and risks damaging U.S. foreign policy."

Assistant Attorney General Todd Kim of the Justice Department's Environment and Natural Resources Division said in a statement the Rivers and Harbors Act "is clear in prohibiting the placement of any unauthorized barriers or obstructions in the Rio Grande and other navigable waters of the United States."

"We intend to seek the appropriate legal remedies, including the removal of such obstructions in the Rio Grande," Kim said.
