I've had a lot of fun mastering KC-style BBQ (which I grew up with but never learned) and some Creole favorites from Louisiana. I'd really like to start learning recipes from the American Southwest. Especially now that Mexican grocers are sprouting up in small towns of Wisconsin, I might be able to get some of those exotic chili peppers.

I finally broke down and bought a nice pipe lighter and I am legitimately surprised and how big of a difference there is between the $20 pipeline by vector vs the IM corona old boy.
