22 degrees. It's been snowing, but not really sticking. You could make a snowball with some perseverance.

At least 3 friends posted pictures of frozen beer during the Chiefs game yesterday. $18 beers should come with an electric koozy.

It's been turned down to 11. The roads are covered with a white sheet of ice/snow, which the South has no means of clearing off. I'll be home today.

Currently -5°F in Wisconsin.

But our hearts are warm with the great Packers upset over the Cowboys last weekend.

I reckon our boys in Green Bay are happy that they get to play in Dallas and San Francisco during the polar vortex.

I can't find the right words. Crazy, comes to mind, but that doesn't quite do it. In the back of my mind somewhere I recall where some guys warmed up and thawed out frozen beer in order to drink it, sort of like the guy does in that "Never Cry Wolf" film, but I think it's best to just leave that memory be an old memory. I know that beer didn't cost $18/can, though.

Currently foggy and 36°F. It will reach highs about freezing all week.

Wisconsin is experiencing our annual February thaw a bit early this year. Winter came late, as well.

Alarmists will scream "CLIMATE CHANGE!!!" -- but this is pretty typical during an El Nino winter, along with those rains in Texas.

Chamber of Commerce weather around here today. Rain might be back tomorrow afternoon, but for now we're drying out.

It's been so nice I was seriously thinking of taking the dogs and my computer to the cabin this weekend and working a few days up there next week.

Then I saw this mornings forecast.

A few inches of snow forecast in town over the next two days, 2'-3' at the cabin. Looks like Bloodhound may get dumped on too.

there was a very short rain shower a while ago.

Otherwise, no weather to speak of.

there is some temperature around here today... 63°F.
