Great Names, Handles, and Personas
Every few years, I fish with a guide in Cabo San Lucas named Phillipe, but he and his boat go by El Jefe. Like most tourist places in Mexico, we're hounded when we walk around the marina early in the morning, by men trying to sell their services. All I need to say is "We're fishing with El Jefe" and they drop us like a hot potato. One time, one of the hucksters even left his post to walk us to where El Jefe was docked.
