Riveting, to use a more appropriate term.
The Devil in the White City(the Chicago World's Fair/ serial killer,) In the Garden of Beasts(pre-war Nazi Germany/ US Ambassador,) Dead Wake (Lusitania,) The Demon of Unrest (Ft. Sumpter, /Civil War) and The Splendid and the Vile (Winston Churchill/WW2,) are what I've enjoyed so far.
