Pretty much every pipe I own now was a gift, most from you guys. So, varying makers. Other than those, I have a few that I've personally made, and the only thing I "collect" (if you can call it that) are above-average Dr. Grabow Commodores. I think I have 4 or 5 of those. But I have a soft spot for any older, nicer Grabows.

JMG brought up "Collecting" Pipes from folks on this site and the old site...and I looked at my pile with a new eye.
I would have said that while I look at Comoys in general, I do not collect them. So with this new light, I thought, I do have a collection.
I have pipes that I have purchased and pipes that I have been gifted from folks here on this site and the old site.
So I geuss I collect pipes that were at one time owned by fellow members of the old and new CPS. I have several. A couple I purchased, a couple that showed up in Secret Santa packages and a couple that just showed up.
These are pipes I treasure...thanks JMG for opening my eyes to this aspect of my collection Hey as I am thinking about it, I have a pipe from JMG...a rusticated bent bulldog...hmmm Cool!

Teipen is the only "brand" I have repeated, though just about all of my pipes have a CPS connection of some sort
I am not as cool as JimVH. Nor or you. Well, unless you ARE JimVH.

Ok, I looked. A lot (i gave up counting) of old Comoy's, mostly seconds and lower lines. 4 Loewes. 10 dunhills. 12 petes. 2 castellos.
Everything is scratch and dent on that list. I am no respecter of pipes.

Warms my heart fellas.
The brand most represented in my collection is Stanwell. I have upwards of probably 40 or 50. The second most represented would be Teipen rejects and there are plenty. lol.

Send `em up here. We Canadians have a special disposal unit especially for Teipen rejects.
Here I stand. I can do no other.
