Velveeta cheese in the crock pot, add 1 lb of ground fresh pork sausage and a can of Rotel tomatoes, and stir it now and then. This goes great with Fritos mainly, if I can find some. Maybe a king cake from a local bakery.
Cheap bourbon and coke always goes well, there will be good gin and tonic too.
I haven't watched a single down of pro football this season, and just recently discovered who is playing in the super bowl. KCC again? Wow. Halftime show? I just can't want to watch that.

Oven-fried Buffalo Wings

The drinking decisions have been made:

Gin Bloody Mary's for me.
Lemonade for Mrs. Del.
Ginger Beer for Pipeson.

Meanwhile, some bacon-wrapped chestnuts have been added to the pre-game menu. Gotta stay focused on what matters!

Buffalo chicken dip, sundry dipables, 8 kinds of sausage/dried meats, 5 kinds of cheese, pork skins, chicken wings, and LOTS of sushi.

I hate guacamole.
