I want to visit Greece, enjoy warm air, warm sea, and warmly insult the Hygienists.

I am enjoying Samuel Gawith Firedance Flake.

I can't imagine Delpa insulting anyone. Maybe you should practice here. Maybe Morley will come out of retirement & coach you.
Here I stand. I can do no other. :flags-wavegreatbritain: :flags-canada:

I shall sit with Sid, enjoy espresso and pipe. We shall glare defiantly at hygienists and shake komboloi at them, like this:

Hello from Athens-Greece, we have sun and 65 'F here. I was out of forum for few days due to my vacations (the feast of Carnival and Clean Monday) in my parents house in a village and this was the menu exclusively for the clean Monday meal.

Image

1) leavened lagana with sesame
2) boiled potatoes with onion & dill
3) squid
4) preserved fish roe
5) beans
6) cuttlefish
7) red wine (home made)
8) lettuce & cucumber salad
9) olives-lemons-napkins-pepper (salt is added later)
10) coca cola
11) sangria red wine
12) halva

I am smoking Sutliff Cringle Flake 2022 in a Stanwell.

All very nice, although I've always passed on the squid, even when it's deep fried. And speaking of deep fried, I've never had the chance to taste a cuddle fish, is the taste the same as squid? And is that how the cuddle fish is prepared? If so then perhaps if there was some ketchup ...

BTW did you make the red wine?
The Indians will not bother you now, on account of ... you are touched.

Squid tends to have a tougher and chewier texture, while cuttlefish has a more delicate and tender texture.
Squid is often best when cooked quickly at a high temperature, such as in a pan or on the grill. Overcooking squid can result in a tough and rubbery texture.
Cuttlefish, on the other hand, can benefit from a longer cooking time to tenderize their flesh. This makes cuttlefish an excellent choice for stir-frying, slow cooking, or using in soups and stews.
No, my father makes it. Except Sangria (in weekend and feasts only) and ouzo 2-3 times per year (Sunday in tavern or Summer vacations) i try to stay away from alcohol. I am the driver plus i am a Duty man and those are more reasons to make me avoid it.
