In other news, I'm looking at some food processing equipment a customer will add to a project we're doing. Found some odd stuff out there:

Patty Stacker
Stacks frozen patties of all sizes.

Sheet Meat Horn
Sheet Meat Horns are designed to smoothly form and extrude meat into uniform thickness.

Live Bottom Hopper
The Live Bottom hopper utilizes a screw conveyor in the bottom of a hopper to move difficult or sticky product to the next phase of process.

Does the Meat Horn come in a size that would fit in my kitchen...I think I need to form and extrude meats
