I've lost 5 lbs!
Another 15 - 20 lbs, and I'll be back down to pre-covid overweight.

I've grown a beard. It's snowy-white and starting to get long and wavey.
If I don't lose the weight, I could maybe get a job this winter as a mall Santa.
