A land situation with my uncle (lives on the other side of the pasture) today left me terribly mad. I have no say-so in the matter so there's nothing I can do. While driving to the store to buy seed, God was clear in His word to me, "Do I not make good of these things?" It was encouragement and admonishment at the same time. But either way, it's good to my Father speak to me.

Took my 15 year old son out practicing in my manual transmission car. He finally understands the idea of drag point on a car with a clutch. Had a couple takeoffs with no noise or jerking.

Sitting with Rita in a waiting room waiting to be called for a doctor appt. In walks a little old couple, easily north of 80yo, one with a cane and the other with a walker. The receptionist gives them a stack of paperwork. They sit across from us and start filling in the blanks. After a couple of minutes the husband looks over to the wife with a sh— eating grin, points at the paper, and asks “What should I put for sex, yes?” They both giggle and the wife says “Maybe they want to know what kind!” They instantly hold hands and full-on laughed.

It absolutely made my day.

This just made me happy. And it's not been a happifying day.
