A 30 second video on my phone of grandson #3 doing what he does.

This technology is a double edged sword. The good side is that we get to "see" our children and grandchildren daily, even though we're 750 miles apart.

Bought my daughter a new tennis racket. Everything I have is a gift or God and it's an illusion to think it's mine, but what a gift to let me give that gift. Great way to start the school year.

Got stuff done:
- Removed all the grass growing in cracks along the front curb & driveway
- Went down to the marina jumped in the water & scraped a lot of barnacles & crap of the bottom of the boat. I smell like the sea
- I dropped to 162 for the first time in decades
- Got to get some sun tanning in. In the back yard.
Here I stand. I can do no other. :flags-wavegreatbritain: :flags-canada:

Still pretty big for a hobbit.
I am not as cool as JimVH. Nor or you. Well, unless you ARE JimVH.

Dropping off my youngest a mere 10 minutes earlier avoids all the pinball chaos of typical yuppy mommy school run behavior. The risks those ladies will run to drop off precious little Tyler a few moments before Madison can get there are astounding.

I remember 162 like it was yesterday. Actually it was high school.

I'm approaching 180 from 210. Which is enormous for a hobbit. Bullroarer Took wasn't as big as I was.

I have got to start changing habits and lose some weight. Need to drop at least 20.

I've dropped 40, 30 more to go.

That makes me happy.
