The Tobacco Fairy visited the GaryInVA household this past weekend. Seems the world headquarters for the Fairy is located an hour away in Houston.

Thanks Jim, can't wait for the temps to come down and try out the Wilderness.

The Brazos Valley Tobacco Fairy… err… Elf paid me a visit today. A substantial box of well aged Classic Burley Kake, Luxury Bullseye Flake, Shandygraff, Edgeworth Sliced, and a couple of fancy looking cheroots.

I’ve already burned a bowl of the Shandygraff and I’m about to tap the jar of CBK.

I don’t think I was this excited the Christmas I got the GI Joe with the Kung Fu grip.

Thanks, Brother.

Speaking of which, the above giftee is also the gifter, and I'm still stunned. Yesterday I received an 8 oz tin of Bufflehead Shop King Eider. I feel like the Flathead Indian Chief, Two Tongues Lebeaux, in the movie Jeremiah Johnson. But unlike Chief Lebeaux, I do not have an available daughter to give as a return gift. Nor an equal tobacco. But for now, I'll send a homemade fruit cake in the mail tomorrow. That'll have to do, for now.
Thanks again my friend. I hope to meet up and have a smoke sometime soon.
The Indians will not bother you now, on account of ... you are touched.
