I was fishing in Mexico last Dec. Went to the store to get corn tortillas for fish tacos. The lady was just smashing the last few for a bag of 30. I think we ate half of them on the way back to the house. Plain.

The reason why is Huevous Rancheros are so good is two phased.
First we have the Huevous part. Then they add the Rancheros part and it's just amazing.

We call them "Ranch Eggs" in Wisconsin.
We put Ranch on everything.

I could see it if the ratio between Ranch and Sriracha was generous with the Sriracha and the Ranch were merely a phantasm

Disturbing, this is. Even for Del.
Can you see Del in his utili-kilt in a small mom and pop Mexican diner asking for Ranch Dressing for his Huevous Rancheros? If they had stuff like this on twitter, I might get an account.
