I'm almost breaking even. But our local Sonic is trying to get to me.

-2.8 for the week
-10.2 overall

That puts me back where I left off last time.

I waddle around at 235. Am aiming for 220-ish, which is normal enough for me. Would like to get under 200.

I've been traveling and vacationing and binge-ing at restaurants for the last month, so no progress. Time to get back on track.

Next weekend is my birthday. My wife wants me to make a big lasagna.

Day 15 of low carb. Haven't weighed myself but pants and shorts are falling down.

That's fantastic!

You working those muscles too? I'm asking because what happens when we lose weight, is that it is ALWAYS a mixture of fat AND muscle. Yeah... some of the weight is always muscle, but you can minimize the muscle loss and maximize the fat loss by upping the protien and moving some weight.

That tip will be six dollars.
Wishing you God's very best!

As for me.... I'm not doing as well as Jim & Jo, whom I applaud. First week of a cut with the RP Diet app; too much cheating. The first week isn't even a cut yet, as the first week sort of level sets. Today starts the actual "cut" where some fat and quite a few carbs are decreased. Gotta get my game on.
Wishing you God's very best!

Muscle loss is a concern. My overall activity is way up, but I have injuries keeping me from much in the way of weight bearing exercise. Hopefully soon.

Weight Loss

Weight is coming off very nicely and eating only natural foods (non-processed) and keeping hydrated has done wonders for my energy levels.

Eating low carb has also reduced my overall food consumption. I hope I can make this a lifestyle.

Yep. I want to reach a point where I don't have to think about it all the time.

Getting enough rest makes a difference, too, in addition to hydration. I did a poor job of both last week and my energy and weight loss slowed.

I forgot to post over the weekend:
