Yep. I want to reach a point where I don't have to think about it all the time.
Getting enough rest makes a difference, too, in addition to hydration. I did a poor job of both last week and my energy and weight loss slowed.
I forgot to post over the weekend:

I'm a pound away from my weight when I left for boot camp. Next goal is to reach my USMC weight limit.

Down to bare minimum carbs (minimum safe as per app). Dropped a couple more pounds this week for a total of 8 since my worst recent weight on October 17th. No muscle loss as I'm making significant gains recently across just about all lifts.

Went to Vegas. Got Covid. Lost a total of 40 bucks and 6 pounds.
Nailed 190 on the morning scale the day after the dry heaves stopped.

Haven't weighed in a month or so. Between the holidays and having to eat on the run so much I haven't been as tenacious. But, I'm still working at it, back on track, and even lost a little more.
My A1c this morning was 5.5. Boom.
