Once a week or so, my wife will open a can of black olives and put them in a bowl on the counter. Between she and I, we have then "Snacked" away in an hour or two. PS Black Olives are a source of Iron! I have discovered this summer how important it is to maintain the Iron levels in your blood...mighty darned important!
