You made an assertion, and I have congenially disputed that assertion.

I'm okay with the State giving a standardized test to homeschool kids, to make sure that kids are keeping up and parents are not shirking their duty.

Bingo! I don't see any grounds for "congenial disputation" then. We seem to be on the same page.

So unless you are tearing my statement about there being "no Universal Human Right to Homeschool" out of the selfsame post's context which clarifies that such refers to there being "no unilateral right to Homeschool in the face of civil conventions", then — again, I must ask, Where's the beef?

But Germany has overstepped …

And Biden Admin have once again revealed …
I've neither weighed in on the particulars of this German Family's case nor on the condition of Germany nor on the Biden Admin's recent actions. And I continue to refrain (for now). So, if this is the real target of your ire, then you have the floor. Feel free to hold forth.

Despite protests from advocacy groups for victims of clerical sexual abuse, Papal protégée, ghostwriter and confidant, Tucho Fernández has been elevated to the Sacred College of Cardinals of the Holy Roman Church.

It’s pretty hard to avoid the conclusion that faithful Catholics have voted with their feet.

Please see my post at the top of page 18 and stop using that word.

He also heads the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith.... a position once held by Cardinal Ratzinger (Pope Benedict) during the time of John Paul II.

He is responsible for all of the double-mouthed responses to recent dubia. "As you know, dear bishops, the answer is 'no.' But we wish it were 'yes.' Please give 'yes' your most open consideration."

He has held several important positions under Bishop Bergoglio/Pope Francis, always with protests from faithful Catholics (especially advocates for victims of sexual abuse by clergy). But for some reason, he is Francis's favorite and protégée.

Nicaraguan Bishop Slapped With 26-Year Sentence In Kangaroo Court
First arrested in August of 2022, in February of this year, Bishop Álvarez was stripped of his citizenship rights and sentenced to 26 years in prison in a sham trial he did not know was happening. He was convicted as a traitor for “undermining national integrity” and “propagation of false news.”

....

On September 11, another Nicaraguan priest was arrested for the “crime” of praying for Bishop Álvarez. The regime is sending clear signals — dissent will not be tolerated.

The story of the responses to the Dubia confirms an evident fact: Bergoglio's defect of consent, by which he assumed, not the Catholic Papacy, but rather its authority so that he could abuse it in order to demolish the Church and make it a servant of the New World Order.

All of Bergoglio's actions show us such arrogance in usurping the power of Christ that there is no longer any doubt about his intentions.

His mens rea - that is, his culpable intent - is clear beyond any reasonable doubt.

The attempt by the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith together with Vatican Communication to cushion the blow caused by the publication of the five cardinals’ dubia, conceals the truth: the pope did not really respond and there is much more to say.

In centuries to come, the name of Pope Francis will become a cautionary tale. This is what happens when we allow a Jesuit to be named as Pope.

Francis behaved himself well enough while Benedict was alive. Pope Benedict warned us sternly to battle against the "Dictatorship of Relativism."

But now that Benedict has gone to his reward as a good and faithful servant, Francis is saying, "We haven't been fair to Relativism. Let's give it go!"
