New Bike Time

Jocose wrote: 27 Apr 2022, 10:53 What kind of riding positions are there? Based from the pic of the Ghost you bought it looks very comfortable.
There are basically 4 riding positions (like most drop bars). The flats (near the stem), the corners (where bars curve forward), the hoods (top of the brake levers) and the drops.

Because of the tall stack on this bike the bars are higher than on a CX or road bike so it'll be more comfortable for an old guy with arthritis.

When you have spent a little time with it, please let us know what you think of the Microshift drivetrain.

I've have Microshift trigger shifters on several of the family's bikes. Was hard to find Shimano stuff during the shutdown. I like it. It's more heavy handed than Shimano or SRAM. Feels industrial. This is my first try at one of their derailleurs and brifters.

I think It going to start a thread about bikes in general. Stuff we've added to our bikes, pics from rides, stories.

Just have to think of a good title for the thread. Anyone?
