Check my BP every morning. Averages around 135/80. If I cut out salt, it drops to around 125/75.

I should have checked when I tried to smoke a bowl of Ten Russians the other day. Gave up about 1/3 of the way into the bowl. I bet my BP was 2000/1500 or something. Heart fluttering, temples pounding, sweating and nausea was another puff or two away. That tobacco is well named.

In my brief experience with "Chew" I couldn't keep the Skoal to stay put and I soon had a whole mouth full of tobacco particles...I tried the "Packets" but never liked the taste. I did like Levi Garrett Leaf and I did that for a few months. But I finished a bag one day and never bought another one. I have tried it a few times over the years, Wild Cherry Skoal, Redman, and LG Plug...always when someone else offered me a "dip". But its been rare and I currently have no desire...a pipe or a cigar...thats it

Levi Garrett Plug became my go-to Army Field Training chaw.

If I was out, there was always plenty of Red Man available for a pinch.

Red Man.

What rubes.
Redman Golden blend was my first loose leaf chew. Did you know they call it America's Best now? Pitty...
In my early days of chewing I really enjoyed Jackson's Apple Jack. Pretty sure they don't make it any more. A shame! Plug tobacco is good stuff. Usually less sugary and more tobaccoy. It's expensive though. A good twist if tobacco is a nice treat as well.
Apple chaw is great. Worked at a small B&M in the 1980's and once a year we have a limited amount of peach and cherry loose leaf chaw available. Had folks putting in orders well in advance. Never had anything like that cherry leaf before nor since.
