Let me explain this to you in small words and simple phrases:
Due process is to apply for …
[…]
You're merely responding to your own Delsplanations and not to what the bishops actually write, viz., that "Border Enforcement must be accompanied by Due Process" (and not that "Border Enforcement is Due Process").
I know what the Bishops "said".... and yes, I am explaining what they wanted to mean. …
There actually is something akin to a "right to migrate." It is something like the "right to marry."
Every adult man has a natural right to marry.... but only to a woman who will consent to have him as her husband. It would be unjust for a government to forbid some class of men from marrying and providing for a family. But a guy can be so unfit that no woman would find him suitable. It would be unjust to force a woman to marry him.
Likewise, every person has a natural right to leave his homeland and emigrate to any nation who will allow him to dwell there. North Korea does not let their people leave... this is unjust. But some people are so uncivilized that no one wants them.... just as Egypt refuses to accept Palestinian refugees because they are too dangerous to admit. It would be unjust to force citizens who have built a peaceful society to accept unruly and uncivilized neighbors.
Title: No sanctuary? Trump reportedly plans to reverse policy, permit ICE arrests at churches

The Money-Quotes:
The incoming administration of President-elect Donald Trump plans to rescind a long-standing policy preventing Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents from making arrests at what are seen as sensitive locations, including houses of worship, schools and hospitals, according to a report by NBC News.
[…]
"It is clear that local parishes and pastors will need to be prepared for enforcement activity both near and on church property, and should at least require that ICE agents have a warrant before entering a church," J. Kevin Appleby, senior fellow for policy at The Center for Migration Studies of New York and the former director of migration policy for the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops, told OSV News.
"This certainly is an infringement on religious freedom and will deter immigrant families from attending Mass and receiving the sacraments," Appleby said. "The U.S. bishops should be very concerned about this deportation scheme and push back against it strongly, as it is as much an attack on the life of the church in this country as it is against immigrant families."
The Trump Admin needs to tread softly if they want their recent rhetoric about respecting Human Rights & Dignity to prove true, else the Catholic pushback will only grow — and grow exponentially.

The easiest and wisest response will be to ignore anything that National Catholic Reporter says and wait until reality is evident.
NCR does not care about migrants.... They only want to poison our hope in justice and the Trump Administration. This is certainly a toxic rumor, not likely to be anything more.
Not a single quote from a minor bureaucrat of the incoming Trump Admin. Not a single official quote from the Catholic hierarchy or a minor staffer. Just some NGO guys, hoping to get paid.
GEORGE SOROS, THE BILLIONAIRE BEHIND THE EU MIGRANT CRISIS
Hungarian PM Viktor Orban exposed how Soros told the EU it had to accept millions of migrants:
“Mr. George Soros published his plan in English in the Project Syndicate publication in 2015.
He said very clearly that, quoting again, the EU has to accept at least a million asylum seekers annually.
So this is why the story is not just about migration, but it's about how this European Union is working and how George Soros was able to capture the main positions inside many institutions of the European Union, buying out MPs and other leaders and in order to execute the plan.”
