  • If you witness a raid/detention.
  • If you are at home during a raid/detention.
  • If you are arrested.
  • How to create a safety plan if detained.
Americans defending Migrants' Rights: Good
Americans teaching Migrants to defend their own Rights: Priceless
You know that they are going after the dangerous criminals and finding exploited kids as first priority, right?

I sure hope this advice is not used to shuffle and hide trafficked kids from being rescued.

Title: US bishops' migration chair: Church's support of 'a community in fear' must 'go beyond words'
Source: Pilot (Catholic)
Link: thebostonpilot DOT com/article.php?ID=198665

The Money-Quotes:
"The church is unequivocally on the side of a community in fear right now, and stands with the migrant community," Bishop Seitz said in a webinar hosted by the Hope Border Institute, a group that works to apply Catholic social teaching to policy and practices affecting the U.S.–Mexico border region.

[…]

"Know that the Catholic Church in the United States stands with you and stands alongside you," he said. "Yes, we may be entering a difficult moment, but whatever country you come from, whatever your faith tradition, whatever your immigration status, in the United States and in the Catholic Church you have an ally, an advocate, a home. We are in this together."

[…]

"And while we cannot predict in what form it might take, there will be a campaign of deportation, both here at the border and in the interior of our country, and it's going to test us. It's going to be a test of our moral metal," [Dylan Corbett, executive director of the Hope Border Institute] said. "And I think all of that underscores the real need for us to act and to organize in new and creative ways."
∗∗∗

We'll just hafta creatively renew doing what we've always been doing. There's nothing new under the sun.

Title: Mahony calls on US bishops to denounce ‘chilling’ Trump plan for mass deportations [Interview]
Source: Crux
Link: cruxnow DOT com/church-in-the-usa/2024/11/mahony-calls-on-us-bishops-to-denounce-chilling-trump-plan-for-mass-deportations

The Money-Quote:
If today I [viz., Card. Roger Mahony] were an active Arch/Bishop of an Arch/Diocese, I would not hesitate to raise my voice and invite our Catholic Community to join me in understanding the role of the Church in government efforts to consider certain principles:
  • The role of the United States government is to control our borders, and in harmony with Federal laws, to expel convicted criminal immigrants back to their country of origin.
  • The role of the Church is to provide spiritual and pastoral ministries to all our people, regardless of immigration status. The Church is not an instrument of the government to provide information to government officials concerning the immigration status of our parishioners.
  • The Church does not have, nor does it retain, the immigration status of anyone who comes for spiritual and pastoral assistance.
  • The Church will not reveal any records concerning parishioners’ private information such as place of residence and other personal information.
  • The Church will remain vigilant if it appears that Border Patrol or other immigration authorities are making themselves present near our Churches and other Church program facilities. Since the Church has many parishes serving particular immigrant groups, the Church must object if unwarranted intimidation appears.
  • Family unity is a key component of our ministry to all people, including immigrant families. We must object to threats towards family unity.
  • The Arch/Diocese welcomes collaboration with civil and other organizations which exist to promote family unity, the legal rights of all peoples, and combined efforts to create a comprehensive immigration reform to end the many piecemeal efforts to control illegal immigration.
∗∗∗

Good to see parrhesia (i.e. a speaking of truth-to-power) being directed at the incoming admin.

Marc Andreessen breaks down how the NGO grift works. Government officials use government money to fund things that they're not legally allowed to do: like censorship and violation of first amendment rights.

It's quite simple, isn't it?

"We're the government. We want censorship of citizens and illegal immigration, but we can't be seen breaking our own laws."

"So take this buttload of taxpayer money and do for us what we are not allowed to do. Keep a little for yourself, of course.
Or we'll cut off all funding to your organization and find someone else to do it.
And don't say anything, or we'll hit you with audits and investigations and criminal charges from every direction... just to send a message to the other NGO's. It's not personal. It's business."

HOMELESS INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX: Democrat NGOs rely on a growing homeless population to keep them employed. Just in San Francisco there are over 200 nonprofits taking taxpayer money to 'address' the homeless crisis employing more than a 1,000 Democrat activists and donors. Until you stop funding the NGOs you'll never end the homeless crisis.

We see this, over and over. Government throws money around to "solve the problem." Then the problem gets worse, and somehow needs more money.

I believe this started in the 1960's, with Lyndon Johnson's Great Society and War on Poverty. The idea was to give money to poor families, so they could get on their feet and take care of themselves. The result was the collapse of families in Black neighborhoods, fatherless homes, and single mothers trapped in generational poverty. Fatherless sons ended up joining gangs, which grew into nationwide criminal enterprises.

Same story with schools.... homelessness.... illegal immigrants.... "war on drugs".... "anti-racism".... Title X and "family planning"....

NGO's profit, government bureaus increase, always needing more money, fraud and graft and corruption everywhere... while the problems keep getting worse.

@WallStreetApes

We just figured out how Democrats got all the illegal Haitian and Venezuelan migrants into America, MASSIVE FRAUD

Rep Andy Biggs confronts Immigration Official about fraud taking place and she admits SHE KNEW about this:

- The same social security number was used on at least 20 different CHNV supporter applications
- This HAPPENED 3200 TIMES
- CHNV (Is the processes for Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans)

- Nearly 2,000 times you had the same email address used on 20 different supporter applications
- The same exact 184 word text response to a question on the supporter application was used on more than 1800 such applications by nearly 190 different CHNV supporters (literally copy and pasting applications)
- More than 460 non-existent zip codes were used on supporter applications on behalf of more than 2,800 CHNV aliens
- 2024 DHS had approved more than 80,000 CHNV supporters who were on in the US on a temporary basis
- 224 CHNV parolees approved as CHNV supporters. 170 additional parolees, non-CHNV approved as CHNV supporters
- 28,322 temporary protected status holders approved as CHNV supporters
- 19,865 SLEs approved as CHNV supporters
- 311 DACA recipients approved as CHNV supporters
- 1,300 plus aliens in the U.S. on temporary visas approved as CHNV supporters
-64 refugees approved as CHNV supporters
- 1912 conditional permanent residents approved as CHMV supporters

When do governments officials start going to prison for this?

It's a bit late to be outraged about this. We knew this was happening, all along.

The process of reviewing applications is supposed to be slow and careful, by design. These controls ensure that we know who our resident aliens are, with reasonable assurance that they will fit in and thrive in America.

The decision came from on high to ignore the controls and open the borders. I'm surprised that they still bothered with "application forms" at all. Anyhow, forms were run through the machine and stamped without review. It was all just window dressing for the Biden Administration. There was no "due process."

And yet, to this day, no one in the Biden Administration or the the Democrat Party has shared an answer to the question: Why did they open the border to uncontrolled immigration in the first place?

We are still left guessing as we clean up this tragic mess.
