Ahoy! A Joyful Thanksgiving to all of you!
I am so thankful for this community. Double thanks to Biffrs for rebooting us.
And a special "Thank You" to all of the friends who have taken time to meet up in person with me and other CPS'ers. You guys put the Fellow in Fellowship.

I have a large pot of Holiday Jambalaya to make. This recipe is elaborate.... I blacken the chicken thighs with a special rub mix and toss the shrimps in a different spice mix. Fold it all together with andouille. Every bite has a different flavor. Homemade stock from the bones and wingtips of last summer's smoked chickens. So yum!

Hope everyone had a great day. I ate way too much. Today will be some shopping, and store fall things, and get out the Christmas things. Also need to get a bottle of rye today, and a special whisky for fruit cakes.
