In the fifth grade I was appointed as a Hall Monitor. At first it was badass because I got a safety orange sash, a silver badge, and released from class two minutes early to stand guard. It didn’t last long, though.
Fifth graders are mean, man.
No thanks to being a mod. You guys would give me flashbacks.
