Can anyone identify the car in these pictures?

From 1961

My Dad worked at FoMoCo, so it's probably a Mercury or Ford.

My guess (with googles help) is a '60 Mercury Park Lane, but it's missing some gills on the rear doors and fender skirts.

Thanks Fred.

I'm now wondering if it's a '60 Montery, although this car has a visor over the backlight that isn't there on my dad's car.

This is a picture of my Dad working at the Ford Dynamometer Building probably in the late 1950s.

Around the time my mom gave me this (2005?), I was doing engine development at Ford, and had worked at that same Dyno cell. Some of those old dial guages were still present (not operational).

My Facebook memory from 2009 this morning. It's a picture of my mom during their engagement. Dad's comment is priceless.
