Work was a nightmare for the first few hours, but has calmed down. One phone call can turn silence into mass chaos. We're just pushing tin and making sure Amazon can get my mother-in-law's toilet paper to her on time. Now I'm killing time waiting for the next shift to take over.

Well I posted a pic of this project on the old site, then it crashed. This is still large on my project list...but the truth is that Untill my wife gets a little more mobile it will still be on a back burner. I need to sand the top surfaces, and then use some finish restore and get a mirror cut for the back and it needs some handle pulls...its getting there. Then it is going to live at the cabin.

Got my buddy's airplane back together after replacing the engine's top end and inspecting the bottom end. The prop didn't make two revolutions before it fired. It runs like a champ! An Aeronca Champ.

My wife calls it a "Buffet" I bow to her knowledge on such things, we have a wood cabinet in the pantry that she has a special name for too...I call it the wooden cabinet in the pantry... :) Then she says, "...oh do you mean the Hoosier"... 8-)

That's cool. I have paracord zipper pulls on all my bags/packs. My fav is the rattlesnake knot that I use on the main zipper.

I wear a paracord bracelet too. Have to twist up a new one every few years. Now that I've looked at it, it looks like it's time for a new one. It's not the traditional style for a "survival" bracelet, but then if you wear them all the time (I do) the paracord gets hard as a rock and would never be good for anything if you unraveled it anyway.

You ever look at JD Lenzen's stuff at fusionknots . com or TyingItAllTogether on youtube?
