Indeed. Well ahead of Elon's takeover. It looks like the Twits are covering their nefarious acts before anyone can investigate who was responsible.

Meanwhile, a bunch of famous lefties are also losing thousands of fake followers and bots.

I have not now nor at anytime in the past had a twitter account.

I have no clue if Mr. Musk has altruistic motives or, and more to my line of thinking, the dude knows how to turn big bucks and this is just another step to do that.

But I do know he and I have this in common.

Honestly, I don't really like many of Musk's ideas and how he's using his money and companies to steer the world towards his vision. His idea for underground tunnels with autonomous EV's shuttle people around Las Vegas was wacky. I'm not even a fan of Tesla really. Their battery systems are good, but their car building sucks. If EV's are the future (I'm not sure they are) the companies that are expert car builders just need to develop new power storage and drive systems, not whole new vehicles and processes to build them.

I hope he keeps his hands off twitter and that the company makes enough money that he doesn't have to subsidize it. The more money he dumps in, the more active he'll want to be in managing it. But rich guys with a conscience have always spent their money to move society in the direction they see as best. From Carnegie and Rockefeller to Gates and Bezos, the rich have been pulling our strings.

Don't worry guys. The government will make sure we get the truth.
And the new head of The Ministry of Truth is a complete loon.
